In this session you will learn how DEI principals of equity and access can be in the law. Speakers will discuss the effect DEI can have on compliance and organizational culture and engage with attendees on how to start or improve efforts in their own organizations.

At the end of the session attendees will:
  • Know why laws uphold DEI principals 
  • Understand how equity and access work helps organizations comply with federal laws 
  • Take away key strategies to bring DEI strategies to their organizations
