Did you know your brain makes an unconscious decision seven seconds before your conscious brain? This explains the basis of our perceptions and  unconscious biases . Come and learn more about how the brain processes information and how it impacts our perceptions and defines our cultural worldviews. This program will highlight how “we”  process differences and similarities, maintain and deepen our understanding of our individual  cultural heritage as we adapt our individual brain processes towards inclusive behaviors.   Creating and recruiting diverse teams is only the first step towards inclusion and social justice. In organizations. Intercultural communications and neuroscience strategies are essential component to support and  recognize diverse effective team’s communication styles, perceptions and biases. The key for developing inclusion and equity in organizations and society are the ‘We’ and how we chose to view the world and our interactions.

During this session attendees will gain:
1. An introduction of brain functions and neuroleadership theories and how our experiences impact our conscious and unconscious decisions- specifically its relationship to intercultural interactions.
2. The ability to recognize how the brain works and strategies for creative integration of personal values and behavior that align with purposes, beliefs and values.
3. Acknowledge how the brain connections determine our perceptions, choices and our behaviors.
