Dr. Ryan Donlan, with inspiration from his a recent international presentation and involvement with The Process Communication Model®(PCM), has leveraged contemporary thought leadership in the curation and promotion of inclusive leadership and meaningful living, through exploration and development of an Abundance Mindset. Discovered and refined through connections with trusted leadership experts and adaptive communications specialists, one’s Abundance Mindset invites a perspective that recognizes the value and power of divergence where success is celebrated inclusively and distributive resources do not need to expense anothers’ success. Basically, an Abundance Mindset is a way of “being,” metaphorically, in keeping with how rising tides can help all ships. When participants attend, they will be encouraged to see themselves and their leadership efforts through an Abundance Mindset; they will share lived experiences recalling how similar perspectives have influenced their lives. Session attendees will engage in rich presentation and idea-sharing, leaving with a perspective through which they recommit in navigating leadership and life.
