This session will explain the importance of equity work at the dawn of the fifth revolution, where people and technology will integrate at a very rapid pace. You will learn how the Internet of Things will require access to technology tools and resources and the knowledge necessary to become a competitive employee. You will also learn how the integration of artificial intelligence and automation will change the way we live and work and how employees will need to know the best strategies for negotiating these automated changes.

By the end of this session, attendees will:
  • Gain insights into the ongoing fourth revolution and its transformative effects on multiple facets of our lives.
  • Understand how exponential technologies are converging to drive significant changes in the way we live and work.
  • Explore the session's focal point on the crucial role of these technologies in advancing collaboration across diverse domains, providing strategies and insights for fostering effective collaboration in the evolving landscape.
