The world around us is changing, but one thing is constant and that is our community. We have much to celebrate and be proud of, but we also still face significant challenges and barriers to progress. Dr. Elrod will share insights from research on change leadership on how community connection conversations can help. Working together, we will discuss key contexts that can be used to identify levers we can use collectively to come together to address shared opportunities and overcome persistent barriers.

As a result of this session, attendees will:
  • Understand how context shapes opportunities for change leaders
  • Identify key levers we can use as a community to create change
  • Leave with a renewed sense of community connections to overcome our shared challenges.
