This session will explore the vast and complicated needs of employees. Employees need to be seen as whole people and not just a resource. The better an employee is providing self-care and have access to resource the better they can perform at work.
By the end of this session attendees will:
- Identify their own mental health needs
- Understand how to support staff
- Build a network of resources
